Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are critical values that must be upheld by every organization committed to creating an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and respectful to all individuals, regardless of their background, culture, or beliefs. As such, we pledge to uphold the following principles:

 

Diversity:

We recognize and celebrate the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of all individuals within our organization, as well as the broader community we serve. We pledge to promote and support diversity in all forms, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, and ability.

 

Equity:

We acknowledge that systemic inequalities have historically disadvantaged certain groups, and that we have a responsibility to actively work towards creating a more equitable environment. We pledge to identify and address barriers to equity within our organization, and to prioritize fairness and justice in all our policies and practices.

 

Inclusion:

We believe that every individual has the right to feel valued, respected, and included in all aspects of our organization. We pledge to foster an inclusive environment where all members feel heard, supported, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents. We commit to challenging bias and discrimination in all its forms, and to creating a culture of belonging where everyone can thrive.

 

Accessibility:

We recognize the importance of access and accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and we are committed to removing barriers that prevent full participation in all aspects of our organization. We pledge to provide reasonable accommodations and to make our physical and digital spaces as accessible as possible. We will regularly review our accessibility policies and practices and incorporate feedback from individuals with disabilities to ensure we are continually improving.
