We began by developing relationships with universities, career service professionals, employers, and workforce organizations to better understand what both sides of the hiring equation needed. That work evolved into a recruitment agency focused on connecting employers with qualified talent across science, technology, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, cybersecurity, and other specialized fields.

 

Today, CareerBridge works with employers and organizations to identify, recruit, and develop the talent they need to grow.

 

But our mission has expanded beyond recruitment.

 

As a New York State Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), CareerBridge also partners with organizations pursuing New York State opportunities where qualified SDVOB participation can strengthen their teams, proposals, and projects.
